Acceptance

By using iacknowledge.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service

iacknowledge.ai provides an AI-native supply chain coordination platform that manages vendor communications across text, email, and phone on behalf of our users.

Your Account

To use iAcknowledge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Have authority to connect any Gmail accounts you link

Gmail Access

When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize us to access and analyze your emails to provide our service. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings, which will stop our access to your email data.

SMS Communications

By opting in, you agree to receive texts from iacknowledge.ai related to your account and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to analyze emails and extract purchase order information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information before acting on it.

If you enable automatic follow-up emails, messages will be sent on your behalf without additional review. You are responsible for all emails sent through this feature.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use the service to send spam or harassing messages

Intellectual Property

The service and its content are owned by Acknowledge.ai, Inc. You retain ownership of your data, and grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-extracted information will be completely accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iacknowledge.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform, including damages from reliance on AI-generated content or automated emails.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page.
